Brantford Honda started life as CK Motors (a Honda and VW franchise) in 1983 and was located on Murray Street alongside Toyota. In 1987 CK Motors moved to King George Road and at the same time resigned the VW franchise and took on the name Brantford Honda. In 2003 Brantford Honda moved to its current State of the Art location at 378 King George Road where it still resides. In starting in 1993 until recently, Honda Canada compiled an annual list of their top performing dealers, as measured by customer satisfaction, staff training, facilities, market share and capitalization; Brantford Honda has won this Quality Dealer award 13 times and is one of only two dealers in all of Canada to win the prestigious award more than 10 times. In 2018 Brantford Honda was awarded the Driving Excellence honour, which has since replaced the Quality Dealer recognition.
