Each department works co-operatively striving to reach pre-determined goals and targets. The following is a more descriptive breakdown of the potential jobs that exist within each of these three departments:
SALES PROFESSIONAL Our Sales department consists of salespersons, business managers, and sales managers. The sales process, which requires these jobs to interact positively, is vital to this department's success. Peter Hubbard is the name of Brantford Honda's sales trainer. Programs offered at Georgian College can also increase an individuals experience while working at their respective dealerships through correspondence and on-line courses. CLICK HERE to learn more on these courses. TECHNICAL PROFESSIONALBrantford Honda is committed to apprenticeship training. All of our technicians are Honda trained and several took their apprenticeships with us through Honda Canada's program in conjunction with CENTENNIAL COLLEGE to learn more about the apprentice programs that are offered. Our technicians have as much as 15 years seniority with us and they co-operate as a team. Our team includes National and Provincial finalists in Honda's Technician Recognition Award Program. Honda's i-Drive allows our staff to upgrade skills through e-learning in our onsite training facility.
